during operation, after the unit enters the ground, the tractor's suspension rod should be adjusted first to keep the front, rear, left and right of the machine horizontal, and pay attention to adjusting the height of the depth limiting wheel to maintain a reasonable stubble height and prevent the blade from entering the soil. Different operation speeds shall be adopted according to the density and growth of crops, soil moisture content and firmness, and the tension of the drive belt shall be observed at any time. If it is too loose or too tight, it shall be adjusted in time. When the power take-off shaft is connected, the unit shall be unloaded at low speed. After the engine accelerates to the rated speed, the unit can start slowly and put into load operation. It is strictly prohibited to start the field returning machine and the machine with load. Analysis: the development status and trend of flame retardant materials improve the support capacity of new materials throughout the whole process. common faults and troubleshooting

poor grinding quality

the main reason is that the drive belt is too loose; If the blade is worn or short, the forward speed is too fast, the load is too heavy, the blade is reversed, etc., it shall be replaced or adjusted according to the actual inspection

the feeding inlet is blocked

because the crops are too dense or the forward speed is too fast. Reducing the number of operation lines or the operation speed can eliminate the fault

the strong vibration of the machine

may be caused by blade falling off, loose fastening bolts, wrong installation of universal joint fork, bearing damage, etc., which should be eliminated according to the inspection results

the transmission belt is severely worn

the reasons are improper belt tension, different lengths, excessive load or blade digging, etc., which should be adjusted according to the actual inspection
