precautions for use

however, for long-term storage, it is better to store it on a shelf 30cm above the ground at a temperature lower than 65% and about 20 ℃. In addition, the storage place should avoid direct sunlight or contact with cold walls

installation of bearings

precautions before installation

1) preparation of bearings

do not open the packaging before installation because the bearings are treated with rust prevention and packed

in addition, the antirust oil coated on the bearing has good lubricating performance. For general-purpose bearings or bearings filled with grease, they can be used directly without cleaning. However, for instrument bearings or bearings used for high-speed rotation, clean cleaning oil shall be used to wash away the antirust oil. At this time, the bearings are easy to rust and cannot be placed for a long time

2) inspection of shaft and housing

clean the bearing and housing to confirm that there are no scars or burrs left by machining. There must be no abrasive (SiC, Al2O3, etc.) molding sand, chips, etc. in the shell

secondly, check whether the size, shape and processing quality of the shaft and housing are in line with the drawings

as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, measure shaft diameter and housing aperture in several places. Also carefully check the fillet size of the shaft and the shell and the verticality of the shoulder

before installing the bearing, apply machine oil on all mating surfaces of the inspected shaft and housing

installation method of bearing

the installation method of bearing varies according to the bearing type and matching conditions

since most of them are shaft rotation, the inner ring and outer ring can adopt interference fit and clearance fit respectively. When the outer ring rotates, the outer ring adopts interference fit

the bearing installation methods with interference fit can be mainly divided into the following types, as shown in the following table:

(1) press in installation

press in installation generally uses a press, bolts and nuts, and can be installed with a hammer when necessary

(2) hot sleeve installation

the hot sleeve method of heating the bearing in the oil to expand and then installing it on the shaft can make the bearing avoid unnecessary external forces and complete the installation in a short time

heating precautions:

1) generally, the heating temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃

2) the bearing is not allowed to contact the bottom of the oil groove

in addition, nearly 40 listed enterprises can also use induction heating device to heat the bearing to expand and then install it on the shaft

disassembly of bearing

it is necessary to disassemble the bearing during regular inspection or parts replacement. Generally, the shaft and bearing housing are almost always used, and the bearings are often used. Therefore, the structural design should consider that the bearing, shaft, bearing housing and other parts will not be damaged when the bearing is disassembled, and appropriate disassembly tools should be prepared at the same time. When removing the statically matched ferrule, the tension can only be applied to the ferrule, and the ferrule shall not be pulled through the rolling element

bearing maintenance

in order to give full play to the bearing and maintain its due performance for a long time, it is necessary to do a good job in regular maintenance (regular inspection)

it is very important to improve productivity and economy to find faults early and prevent accidents before they happen through appropriate regular inspection

1. Cleaning

when the bearing is removed for inspection, the appearance shall be recorded by photography and other methods. In addition, confirm the amount of remaining lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing

a. bearing cleaning is divided into rough cleaning and fine cleaning, and a metal frame can be placed at the bottom of the container used

b. during rough cleaning, use a brush to remove grease or adhesion in the oil. At this time, if the bearing is rotated in oil, pay attention to the damage to the rolling surface due to foreign matters

c. during fine cleaning, rotate the bearing slowly in oil and carefully

the commonly used cleaning agent is neutral water-free diesel oil or kerosene, and warm lye is sometimes used as required. No matter what kind of detergent you use, you should always filter it to keep it clean

after cleaning, coat the bearing with antirust oil or grease immediately

2. Inspection and judgment

in order to judge whether the removed bearing can be reused, the dimensional accuracy, rotation accuracy, internal clearance, as well as the mating surface, raceway surface, cage and sealing ring should be emphatically checked

the inspection results can be judged by the contractor who plans to build China's first 100000 ton thermoplastic composite intelligent manufacturing plant with inertial bearing or proficient shaft

the judgment standard is different according to the fact that we all know that the tensile testing machine 1 is generally based on physical data to test the performance, importance and inspection cycle of the machine. In case of the following damage, the bearing shall not be reused and must be replaced

1) fracture and defect of bearing parts

2) peeling of the rolling surface of the raceway surface

bearing fault identification method

without disassembly and inspection, it can identify or predict whether there is a bearing fault in operation, which is very important to improve productivity and economy

the main recognition methods are as follows:

1) recognition by sound

recognition by sound requires rich experience. Must be adequately trained to recognize bearing and non bearing sounds. To this end, the work should be carried out by special personnel as far as possible. The sound of the bearing can be clearly heard by sticking a listening device or a listening stick on the housing

2) identification by operating temperature

this method is a comparative identification method, which is only used in situations where the operating state does not change much. For this purpose, a continuous record of the temperature must be made. In case of failure, not only the temperature rises, but also irregular changes occur

3) identify the lubricant by its state

sample and analyze the lubricant, and judge whether its turbidity is mixed with foreign matters or metal powder. This method is particularly effective for bearings that cannot be observed close to or large bearings
