According to the relevant national mandatory energy efficiency standards, special supervision shall be carried out on the enterprises using key energy using products and equipment such as motors, fans, air compressors, transformers, pumps, etc., equipment accounts shall be checked, and enterprises shall be urged to eliminate inefficient products that fail to meet the limit of the mandatory energy efficiency standards in accordance with the law in conjunction with relevant departments. The competent departments of industry and information technology at all levels should strengthen the guidance and support for the construction of energy-saving supervision institutions, carry out the professional training of energy-saving supervisors at different levels and through multiple channels, and improve their professional skills and levels. Strengthen the informatization construction of energy-saving supervision, and encourage all regions to promote the verification of energy consumption equipment products, equipment models and main technical parameters, automatic accounting of energy consumption indicators, filling and reporting of energy-saving supervision results, so as to promote industrial energy-saving supervision to be more accurate and efficient. Encourage all localities to sort out and publish a number of excellent cases of energy-saving supervision with standardized law enforcement, solid work and outstanding energy-saving benefits, strengthen publicity and exchange, promote the formulation of industry standards for energy-saving supervision norms, expand the impact of energy-saving supervision, and continuously mature processes and automation equipment
(III) strengthen the application of results. All localities should do a good job in the follow-up work of energy-saving supervision, strengthen the analysis and application of energy-saving supervision results, and put forward improvement suggestions for the unreasonable energy consumption behavior of enterprises found in energy-saving supervision. Encourage enterprises to actively participate in energy-saving diagnosis and implement energy-saving technological transformation according to the results of energy-saving diagnosis
IV. relevant work requirements
(I) strengthen organizational leadership. The competent departments of industry and information technology of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps (hereinafter collectively referred to as the provincial level) shall prepare plans, refine measures and means, clarify objectives and progress, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and with high quality.
